What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field.Strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise in English.
Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
Leadership skills and the ability to influence whole-school practice.
A passion for literacy and a commitment to equity in education.
