Youll work on designing and delivering scalable data solutions on Databricks, building and maintaining robust data pipelines and ETL workflows, working closely with senior data leaders on architecture and strategy, translating architectural designs into high‑quality build plans, optimizing large‑scale data workflows for performance and reliability, implementing strong data quality, validation, and governance processes, and providing technical guidance and mentoring a small team of Data Engineers.
