I am working with an award-winning global Salesforce Customer who I'm sure you've all heard of. They sit in the sports and media industry and are heavily invested into Salesforce and are currently undergoing a huge greenfield implementation bringing on the latest technology including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to take projects through the full end-to-end lifecycle from initial requirement gathering to getting hands on with the complex functions programmatically and handling deployments to Salesforce best practice. This is an opportunity to get real hands on experience with the newest tech Salesforce has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across a greenfield environment
* Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
* Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
* Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
* Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
* Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
* Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and declarative configuration.
* Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
* Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
