Senior Property Manager | Block Management | Up to £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | Hybrid Working
Experienced in residential block / leasehold property management?
We're recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected property management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio across East Anglia.
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in block management, building safety, and compliance, looking to make a real impact within a growing business.
The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will:
1. Lead compliance and performance across your portfolio
2. Manage building safety requirements, FRA actions, EWS1s, and remediation projects
3. Oversee major works programmes (Section 20 consultations)
4. Handle complex leasehold matters, disputes, and escalations
5. Manage service charge budgets and financial controls
6. Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
7. Support and mentor junior property managers
8. Identify and contribute to new business opportunities
Senior Property Manager requirements:
9. Proven residential block / leasehold property management experience
10. Strong understanding of leases, landlord & tenant legislation
11. Experience managing building safety and remediation projects, including cladding-related works
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
13. Organised, commercially minded, and solution-focused
14. Experience using Qube (desirable, not essential)
15. Full UK driving licence
