Head of Transactions - M&A Execution Location: East Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days office-based) Salary: £80,000-£95,000 Bonus Car Allowance Bens A private equity-backed UK business is looking for a driven M&A/Transaction Services professional to lead transaction execution as part of its active buy-and-build strategy. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the company's growth through strategic acquisitions. About the Role Reporting to the CFO, you'll manage the full deal life cycle - from valuation and due diligence through to structuring, negotiation, and post-deal integration. You'll work closely with internal teams and external advisers to deliver high-value transactions aligned with the company's strategic goals.
