What you will do:
* Support the team:
Handle data entry, organise leads, and assist in preparing proposals for a wide range of projects.
* Be the first point of contact:
Answer calls, support client enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer care.
* Collaborate on larger projects:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the sales team to help convert business.
* Drive growth:
Use tools such as Monday.com, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to support outreach activity and help build strong client relationships.
* Stay organised:
Manage meetings, keep the CRM up to date, and assist with preparing reports to track progress against goals.
* Engage clients:
Follow up for reviews, build rapport, and support customer satisfaction from first interaction to project delivery.
What we are looking for:
* Some experience:
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office-based role.
* Essential skills:
Confidence, strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
