Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality & Compliance Manager, where you will play a key role in protecting the reputation and validity of Cambridge English assessments globally. The Quality & Compliance team are responsible for ensuring that our 1300+ exam centres across the globe operate effectively and within our regulations. We do this by providing clear instructions for centres, identifying, managing, and monitoring centres' non-compliance, safeguarding our products against cheating and responding to security incidents. We collaborate closely with global teams within Cambridge English to support our compliance functions and meet our regulatory obligations. As a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will help define and communicate our standards and ensure they are upheld across our global network. You will have a particular focus on speaking test compliance, becoming a subject matter expert in this area while contributing to broader centre monitoring and improvement efforts.

* Act as a compliance advisor on cross-functional projects and product development initiatives. You will be confident in communicating in both writing and when presenting to groups. You will be able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure. Building strong relationships is essential - both with external partners and internal teams who rely on compliance support. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
