Purpose:

The Print & Mail Services Associate supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient print, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Operate digital and color print equipment for document production.

2. Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

3. Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters.

4. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment.

5. Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities.

6. Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management.

7. Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed.

8. Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies.

9. Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

10. Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

11. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

12. Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment.

13. Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset.

14. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

15. Bilingual (English/French or other languages) preferred for some locations.

Education and Experience:

16. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

17. Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role.

18. Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.
