* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
* Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
* Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
* Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
