When it comes to our F1 franchise, our passionate team brings players closer to the action than ever before. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role working 3 days a week from our UK Birmingham or Southam studio.

Summary

Reporting to the Lead Game Product Manager, the Senior Analyst role is to help shape the success of our game through data analysis and cross-team collaboration, ensuring that we deliver a compelling experience for our players throughout the live service period.

Responsibilities:

* You will analyze player and product data to uncover patterns and recommend opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization
* Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders make better, faster decisions
* Collaborate with product and design teams to define metrics, design experiments, and evaluate results from A/B tests or other studies
* Explore and apply generative AI toolsto increase the efficiency of your own work and support scalable insights
* Work with partners to define the right questions to ask and the right data to use, helping embed data in daily decision-making
* Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics, in gaming, mobile apps, or other digital products
* Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau
* Expert proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with analysis and modeling in Python or R
* Understanding of core statistical methods such as regression, classification, and forecasting
* Familiarity with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and causal inference
* Interest in machine learning and generative AI tools that support player insights
