You’ll be working in vibrant locations such as Cambridge, Gerrards Cross, Lincoln, or Nottingham, providing top-notch design and professional services across various sectors for both public and private clients.

Working Hours
Enjoy a flexible work schedule with 37.5 hours per week. We’re open to discussing your preferred hours!
Salary
Earn between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus a range of benefits.

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct surveys of existing buildings and sites, providing detailed reports on their condition.
* Advise clients on repair, maintenance, and improvement options, including health & safety and regulatory compliance.
* Support clients in procuring contractors for various projects, from maintenance to demolition.
* Project manage the delivery of solutions, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to contracts.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting feedback and identifying new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Possess a solid background in building surveying, with experience across various building types and sectors.
* Have familiarity with procurement processes and contract administration.
