About the role
Primary Teacher
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated Primary Teachers to work in schools across Swansea and the surrounding areas.
We offer a range of supply opportunities on an ad hoc basis, with the potential for longer-term and permanent placements as vacancies become available. Working within supportive school environments, you will deliver engaging lessons and assess pupils' work across the primary age range.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers NQTs). Any eligible supply work undertaken can contribute towards your Induction Period. Where possible, we will match placements to your preferred Key Stage or area of expertise.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent experience teaching the Welsh curriculum
3. Experience within the Foundation Phase and/or Key Stage 2
4. Strong classroom management skills
5. The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
