Location: Based around HD, BL, OL, M, SK postcodes – Hybrid: Home Office & Site Visits
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team, supporting the development of our core product lines in metal cladding, roofing, and ventilated rainscreen panels. This role is perfect for someone with a proactive approach, confidence in cold calling, and a passion for the building industry. You will play a crucial part in expanding our presence across the HD, BL, OL, M, SK postcodes, managing both new and existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
* Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and industry professionals
* Deliver technical CPD presentations to educate clients and support their project decisions
* Support account development and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business
* Develop deep product knowledge to communicate technical benefits effectively
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
* Manage sales administration, from preparing proposals to order follow-up
* Travel within your territory to meet clients, visit sites, and attend industry events

Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in technical B2B sales within the building envelope industry, ideally in metal cladding, roofing, or similar products
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
* Ambitious, professional, and eager to achieve and exceed targets
