Qualification
Essential criteria
1. GCSE Grade C or above in English Literature/Language
Experience

2. Previous employment in a health or social care setting (or equivalent) in a care/ facilitation/ support role
Desirable criteria
3. Previous Occupational Therapy Assistant/ Physiotherapy Assistant/ Speech and Language/ Dietetic Assistant or Rehab Assistant or Healthcare Assistant experience
4. NHS experience
Skills
Essential criteria
5. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with real life examples
6. Good personal organisational skills including time management with real life examples
7. Ability to work under pressure with real life examples
Desirable criteria
8. Management of a caseload

9. Ability to speak English as necessary to undertake the role
