Responsibilities
* Providing general assistance and support for the Health and Safety Manager
* Monitoring and updating corporate Health and Safety policies and accreditations
* Logging any Health and Safety incident reports that occur and managing incident book
* Reviewing and coordinating Health and Safety and training registers and updating when needed
* Scheduling and managing training course enrolments and informing staff members
* Conducting periodic office fire drills and organising fire alarm maintenance
