Job Description:
Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a Customer Services Advisor - Contact Centre to join our team in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to students, families, and the community, including handling inquiries, supporting enrollments, and offering course information.
Responsibilities:
* Answering calls and providing course information
* Supporting applications and student enrollments
* Delivering customer service via phone, email, and web chat
* Offering guidance on courses, fees, finance, and entry criteria
Candidate Profile:

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
* Literacy and numeracy level 2 qualification (GCSE A-C/9-4) or equivalent
