This opportunity is for the 2025/26 Football Season, with the chance to work on Matchdays and Non-matchdays. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.
We are looking for outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which offers unrivalled career progression opportunities. Ideally, you will have previous hospitality sector experience and a solid foundation in customer service.

Package Description
Hospitality Manager - Matchdays - £18.10 per hour
Flexible working on Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events), including evenings and weekends.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure the allocated hospitality area is set up prior to guest arrival
* Conduct staff briefings before service
* Deliver exceptional guest service and manage staff
* Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
* Complete necessary documentation as required
* Report staff potential to the management team to support their development
* Assist guests with queries and resolve issues confidently
* Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high service standards
* Manage opening and closing procedures of the hospitality area
* Follow Food Allergen and Licensing Laws policies
* Be flexible and adaptable to working in different areas as needed
* Ensure staff compliance with company policies and roles

* Experience in hospitality, bar, or catering venues
* Team player with staff management confidence
* Quick learner with good attention to detail
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Proactive, thrives in fast-paced environments
