OutOfOffice.com is the world's leading LGBTQ+ luxury travel company. With another year of growth on the horizon, as well as the introduction of new luxury travel projects, we are looking for an ambitious Content and Marketing Executive to join our team.
Based in Brighton, the role is ideal for someone who wants to excel, learn fast and challenge themselves to produce high quality and data-driven content in a fast-paced environment. A solid knowledge of SEO is required as well as a self-driven and can-do attitude to drive forward our brands.
This role promises an environment ripe for personal growth, where individuals can produce top-tier content, shape the future of LGBTQ+ travel, and drive impactful marketing strategies.
You will be proactively driving the content, SEO and social strategy for OutOfOffice.com, our luxury, LGBT+ tailor made travel company.
No two days will be the same and you will be able to develop your skillset across a wide range of editorial, SEO and marketing.
There is an opportunity to grow with this role as our business develops over the coming months and years.
Role Overview:
As the Content and Marketing Executive, you will lead content creation, SEO strategy, PPC campaigns, and social media management. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in developing data-driven content strategies, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Product owner of the OutOfOffice.com website
Drive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance
Plan and execute PPC campaigns to maximize brand exposure and conversion rates
Work closely with the sales team to add new itineraries and editorials
Develop and execute engaging weekly newsletters
Manage social media platforms, optimising performance and reporting KPIs
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, optimize content, improve on-site conversion rate, and inform marketing decisions
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice across all content and marketing materials
Requirements
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in SEO best practices, PPC advertising, and tools such as AHREFS
Experience with image and video editing software
Dynamic, personable, and adept at communication
Meticulous attention to detail and flawless spelling and grammar
Flexible and adaptable with a results-driven mindset
Collaborative team player with a passion for LGBTQ+ travel

Understanding of commercial strategy and its integration into content and marketing initiatives
