Maintain Training Records and ComplianceKeep accurate records of all training activities, including attendance and assessment resultsEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsProvide Ongoing Support and GuidanceOffer additional support and coaching as neededStay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in training and developmentCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in training and development, preferably in engineering / industrial / health & safety / construction and trades / fabrication / heavy plant or a similar industryProven track record of successfully delivering similar trainingMust have a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicleExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesAbility to adapt training materials to various learning styles and levels of experienceProficiency in using training software and toolsQualifications (Preferred)Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willing to work towards this)RTITB Qualified Forklift Truck Instructor (or similar)RTITB Banksman Trained Instructor (or similar)First Aid At Work (FAW) CertificateHABC Recognised Instructor (or similar)Level 2 Fire Safety Awareness (HABC, Qualsafe or FAIB Recognised)NEBOSH or Fit2Fit Face Fit accredited TesterLevel 3 Qualifications in Welding or Substantial Experience at a similar levelHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
