Join to apply for the Outbound Caller - Not Sales role at Silver Planet Group. Our client based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit a Call Handler for a temporary, ongoing basis.
This role involves processing orders, liaising with customers to arrange delivery, making reminder calls, handling incoming calls and queries, and general administration tasks. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00.

Skills / Experience Required
* Keen eye for detail
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* Good organisational skills
