Regulatory Change Project Manager Senior Associate
Join our Regulatory Reporting team as a Regulatory Change Project Manager Senior Associate. You will help ensure regulatory change projects are set up and completed in a timely and accurate manner, leveraging strong communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Own, lead and manage Global Private Bank Cross Border Projects adhering to the corporate toolkit, procedures, guidelines, trainings and processes.
* Define day to day project and change management priorities to deliver projects within required timelines.
* Engage and support cross-border stakeholders to overcome challenges and expedite quality delivery.
* Engage and coordinate preparation and response to relevant compliance, audit and regulatory exams.
* Ensure cross-border controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.
* Work independently to interpret and transform regulations into business requirement documents.
* Understand the business model and how reporting rules should be applied to particular activities.
* Collaborate withOperational SME, Technology, Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance teams.
* Collaborate with upstream business teams to ensure accurate and timely information.

* Project management experience to define, drive and execute complex initiatives.
* Proven ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize and escalate when required.

Preferred Qualifications
* Delivered regulatory change.
* Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
* Financial services experience in Private Banking, program management, regulatory change management and/or strategic transformation.
* Understanding of Private Bank services including associated products, services, regulatory and control requirements.
