Base pay range
We\'re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.
* Payment: £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
* Nationwide Presence: Viewber operates across the UK. You will be asked for the maximum number of miles you\'re comfortable travelling and will be offered appointments within that radius.
What You’ll Need
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written
* A basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
* Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* A valid Assessor ID
