Job responsibilities
6. Ensures all dishes are prepared, cooked, and always served to the highest standard in line with menu specifications
7. Assist Senior Sous Chefs in creating menu, recipes and developing dishes
8. Ensures good Health & Safety and food hygiene practices are always followed
9. Looks constantly for the ways to elevate customer experience
10. Ensures adequate stocks of food are maintained, controlled and secured
11. Assists in training of junior staff
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
12. Experience of a fast paced, high standards driven, working kitchen environment in a Chef de Partie position.
13. Strong team player with an ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment. Conscious of labour requirements and rotas.
14. Ability to motivate themselves and others around them.
15. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment.
16. Culinary qualifications (NVQs - National Vocational Qualifications,apprenticeship, etc…)
