1:1 Support Assistant - Fridays Only (Middleton) Pay: £104-£110 per day This is a very active role. The child enjoys running, climbing, and physical play, so the successful candidate must be physically fit, confident, and able to maintain focus and safety at all times. Key responsibilities: Providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day Supporting the child with learning, engagement, and transitions Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation Supporting outdoor play and physical activities Ensuring the child's safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs are met Working closely with school staff and following guidance and routines The ideal candidate will: Be dedicated, dependable, and committed to the role Have high energy and stamina Be confident managing active behaviour in a calm manner Have experience with 1:1 support, SEN, or education (desirable but not essential) Be patient, proactive, and nurturing Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS What's on offer: Fridays only - ideal for part-time availability Competitive daily rate of £104-£110 Ongoing weekly work A rewarding opportunity to make a real difference IND-MAN
