Role: Planning Project Delivery Support/Project CoordinatorContract Length: 12 monthsLocation: Belfast – 3 days per week in the office, potential travel within Northern IrelandRole requirements:the post holder would be expected to have Project Management/Change Management experience.Experience supporting colleagues and other stakeholders through a significant change/transition in processes or goals.A formal change management certification would be beneficial but not essential.Experience of building positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, including senior management.Ability to lead, develop, motivate and manage staff.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and have experience in preparing project papers/documentation and delivering presentations.Ability to work on own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team.One or more related qualifications, e.g. PRINCE2 is preferred but not essential.
