Management Accountant | Mid Kent | Paying up to £40k DOE

I am currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic business, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial reporting and contributing to continuous improvement across the business. They are a company that prides themselves on having a fantastic company culture and are looking for someone who is commercially minded who can build strong relationships within the business.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts to meet deadlines

Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on overheads

Collaborate with the Finance Controller to support robust financial results

Prepare quarterly VAT returns

Be a key player in our external audit process, responding to queries effectively

Identify opportunities for development in financial reporting
