About the Role
We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to provide assistance to the VP of Barton Operations. The role will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing information by answering questions and requests
* Generating reports for management KPIs and other specific reports
* Assisting with HR functions, such as note taking for investigations and disciplinary meetings
* Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests/sickness etc.
* Monitoring incoming emails, responding in a timely manner
* Working closely with management to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
Desired Skills & Knowledge
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Knowledge in Excel, creating spreadsheets and data entry.
* Sending reports
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in an administration function
* Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
