We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Antrim, Greenmount Campus. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: ASAP
Rate of pay: £13.75
Duration: 3/29/2026 with possible extension
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain customers on Account NI for billing purposes.
Issue invoices and credit notes to customers (including students) via line management.
Daily receipting of card/cash/cheque payments on Account NI.
Reconciliation of Worldpay receipts to a Learner Management System .
Process petty cash reimbursement via ab electronic payment system.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets in relation to finance tasks.
Liaison with internal and external customers via public counter, email and telephone.
Electronic filing of information into records database.
General admin/office duties.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
2. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
