Role: Sales Valuer (Maternity cover 12 months)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic, £60,000+ OTE.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing their feedback and concerns
* Strategically evaluate and implement price reductions to optimise property sales
* Negotiate effectively while adhering to the company’s fee structure
* Organise and carry out Market Appraisals
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments and local amenities
Who We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a senior sales position or valuer within Estate Agency
* Adaptable and resilient
* Track record of success - achieving and exceeding targets
* A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
* Strong attention to detail
* Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
