What You'll Be Doing: Laminating using fibreglass matting, resins, and gel coats. Trimming, cutting, and finishing GRP parts to precise specifications. Preparing and waxing moulds ready for production. Carrying out detailed quality checks throughout the process. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in hand lay-up GRP laminating and finishing. Good knowledge of fibreglass materials and GRP production methods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow instructions, read technical drawings, and work to deadlines. A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
