Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Stoke-on-Trent, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their busy and growing Civil and Commercial Litigation team. Role: Litigation LawyerLocation: Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £45,000 to £50,000 Key Responsibilities: You will manage a varied caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to completion.The caseload will include pre-action protocols, pleadings, disclosure, interim applicants, ADR, and trial preparation where required.Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and generating repeat and new business.
