Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements: Experience launching and commercialising digital, automation or IT-enabled services within Managed Services, SaaS, workflow or document environments. Strong commercial judgement; able to build a clear business case, challenge assumptions, and balance opportunity with risk. Technical fluency; understanding how automation solutions integrate into wider IT estates (APIs, cloud, security, delivery models) without needing to build them yourself. Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders. Ability to translate complex technology into simple, compelling propositions that sales teams can confidently take to market. Focus on repeatability, margin and retention rather than one-off wins. AI literacy; curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business. Responsibilities: Own our Process Automation portfolio, ensuring alignment between vendors and the sales team. Build proper relationships with vendors and challenge them regarding future developments. Take opportunities to the Technical Steering Group, providing clarity on ROI, delivery models, and risk understanding. Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Directors to ensure clear communication of product value and narrative during launches. Work closely with Pre-Sales to develop practical solutions that meet client needs. Adapt solutions for various sectors including Commercial, Strategic, and Public Sector, especially in alignment with NHS transformation priorities. Think beyond initial signatures to make automation indispensable for clients, ensuring retention when renewals come around.
