Job Description
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
4. Budgeting & Forecasting Oversee the development and management of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and financial models, providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
5. Internal Controls & Risk Management Design, implement, and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
6. Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
7. Stakeholder Reporting & Business Partnering Act as a key liaison between finance and senior leadership, delivering insightful financial analysis and performance metrics to support operational and strategic initiatives.
8. Audit & Tax Oversight Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, and ensure accurate and timely tax filings in collaboration with external advisors and relevant authorities.
9. Process Improvement & Systems Optimisation Drive enhancements in financial processes and ERP systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the finance function.
The Successful Applicant
Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, group reporting, consolidation tools, and tax regulations.
