NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership has an exciting opportunity in our Accounts Payable Department. We are looking for three enthusiastic, organised and efficient Team Leaders to join the Accounts Payable Team based at Companies House in Cardiff.
There are three vacancies to cover maternity leave on a fixed term basis.
. Customer Hub for months, managing the Team that deal with Customer Calls, Action points and emails, ensuring calls are reviewed, allocated and resolved within agreed timeframes.
. Date Entry for months, ensuring that the Team are processing Invoices accurately and in a timely manner, and also managing the Bacs and Cheque Payments for multiple Organisations.
. Query team for months, ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner, payments are made in line with the Suppliers T&C. and to investigate, resolve and respond to Suppliers and Internal Customers in relation to invoice queries.
The Accounts Payable Team promotes flexible working and encourages staff to work from home as well as joining the team in the office.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for the day to day management of a Team, ensuring that allocation of work is adequate and that Staff work in line with the Departments Policies and Procedures.
To provide a timely and effective Service to Suppliers and Customers.
To ensure Invoices are paid on time in accordance with guidelines set by NWSSP and Welsh Government.
The post holders will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
