The Role
* Manage a privately funded caseload including divorce and financial remedy matters
* Advise HNW clients on complex matrimonial finance cases
* Handle private children work including residence and contact disputes
* Support pre- and post-nuptial agreement work
* Work closely with partners on high-value and complex matters
* Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
* Contribute to business development and profile raising
* Support growth of the Nottingham family team
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with strong family experience at Senior/Principal Associate level
* Experienced in privately funded family matters
* Strong technical expertise in financial remedy work
* Commercial and client-focused approach
* Confident managing complex matters independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative team player with leadership potential
* Ambitious with a desire to progress in Nottingham
