Key job requirements include: Undertaking a variety of Stock Condition and Domestic Energy surveys, investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports Inputting data on-site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor with excellent personal and communication skills.
