Lead Transport and Fleet Change Projects to ensure depot compliance (safety and legality) by managing activities across Transport and Fleet, including MHE. Demonstrate leadership that fosters an inclusive culture, building trust and driving high performance, while meeting legal, KPI, and budget targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead Transport Change projects from design to implementation.
* Collaborate with Strategy and Change teams on transport projects, providing feedback to the depot.
* Engage regularly to understand upcoming changes and suggest process improvements.
* Work with the Head of Transport and Central Planning to optimize transport, balancing service and costs.
* Manage depot compliance, addressing non-compliance with relevant departments.
* Stay updated on transport and fleet legislation, reviewing processes for compliance.
* Support compliance implementation with Central Teams.
* Ensure adherence in operational processes, fleet, MHE, and transport compliance, including vehicle and driver management.
* Coordinate with Driver Trainers and ensure compliance with training standards.
* Present risks, concerns, or changes related to transport and fleet compliance.
* Collaborate with H&S teams on overlaps in safety and compliance issues.
* Manage logistics audits and maintain compliance standards.
* Handle day-to-day people management for direct reports.
* Share best practices across the network.
* Manage union relationships regarding transport and fleet issues.
* Ensure customer-centric decision making and legal compliance in all activities.
* Support the People Plan and employee lifecycle management.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
* CPC certificate required.
* Strong practical knowledge and experience in logistics, transport, fleet, and MHE.
* Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and processes, including H&S, employment law, and trade union legislation.
* Interest in continuous learning and industry best practices.
* Experience in data analytics.
