Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with
us entails:
* Lead and supervise the team on nights and take overall responsibility for the hotel overnight ensuring the safety and security of guests and associates
* Complete regular walkrounds to ensure the building is secure and action any issues that arise
* Ensure that the end of day reports to close the days business results are completed
* Process guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys
* Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns
* Process check-outs and resolve any disputed charges
This role is full time, working 40 hours per 5 day working week including weekends and bank holidays.
