You'll be the first point of contact for exam candidates, ensuring they have a smooth and professional experience on their exam day What you'll be doing: Greeting candidates warmly and professionally on arrival Checking ID and signing candidates into the building Carrying out security checks and ensuring personal belongings are stored securely in lockers Escorting candidates to the Registration Room and then to the Exam Room Assisting candidates post-exam by retrieving belongings and guiding them through the results process Directing/escorting candidates out of the Centre What were looking for: A friendly and professional manner Strong communication and people skills Reliability and attention to detailAbility to provide excellent customer service: If you're interested in this part-time Front of House / Exam Steward role, we'd love to hear from you!
