What do I do as a Business Development Representative?
Working as a Business Development Representative, your role will be to book appointments for the senior sales team.
You will be reaching out to organisations in a variety of industry sectors including energy, industry, trade, banks & insurance, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, tourism, aviation, logistics & transport and IT & telecommunication.
Therefore, for each BDR, they have invested in a 7 course Graduate Sales Training programme taken over a 12-month period which is delivered both in person & virtually by BMS Performance.
Once you are competent at making sales calls and familiar with your offering your KPIs and targets will ramp up steadily as you seek out new business opportunities, seeing the opportunity to earn commission grow.
