Required as soon as possible/ September 2025 We are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner to work in our SEND base. You will work with instruction from our Inclusion Manager to support pupils in their integration back into mainstream classes. Key responsibilities implement planned learning activities/teacher programmes as agreed with the Inclusion Manager, adjusting activities according to pupils' responses as appropriate supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities support pupils in social and emotional well-being, reporting problems to the Inclusion Manager as appropriate assist with the implementation of Individual Education/Behaviour plans and Personal Care programs under the supervision and guidance of teaching staff establish constructive relationships with pupils and interact with them according to individual needs assist the Inclusion Manager with the planning and developing of appropriate learning activities for learner with SEND Assist the Inclusion Manager in monitoring pupils' responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on pupils' achievement, progress, problems etc. Qualifications and Skills GCSE Maths and English minimum grade 4 or equivalent T A3 qualification or equivalent or relevant experience Relevant experience supervising children in a school setting Experience of working with children who have a wide variety of educational needs Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
