Key Responsibilities1. Strategy Development & Planning
* Create a comprehensive monthly/quarterly social media plan aligned with the company's sales and marketing objectives.
* Identify target audience segments and tailor content strategies to engage them effectively.
* Research and analyse textile, home décor, and fashion retail trends to inspire campaigns.
2. Content Creation & Management
* Develop and publish high-quality content including photography, videos, reels, stories, product descriptions, and promotional graphics.
* Write engaging captions that reflect brand voice and encourage interaction.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).
* Organise seasonal campaigns for Eid, Christmas, sales events, new arrivals, etc.
3. Engagement & Community Building
* Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
* Build an active and loyal community by running contests, giveaways, and engagement campaigns.
* Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to promote products.
4. Advertising & Promotions
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
* Manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, and campaign performance analysis.
* Coordinate with the sales team to promote in-store and online offers.
5. Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor key social media KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
* Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Adjust strategies based on performance data.
6. Brand & Visual Consistency
* Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand's style guidelines.
* Maintain a visually appealing, on-brand feed for Instagram, Pinterest, and other visual platforms.
* Showcase product quality and textile craftsmanship through storytelling.
Requirements
Essential
* Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role in retail/e-commerce.
* Strong skills in photography, videography, and visual content creation.
* Excellent copywriting skills for product marketing and storytelling.
* Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
* Experience in running and optimising paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Creative thinking and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of current fashion and textile retail trends.
Preferred
* Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
* Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

* Follower growth rate on all social platforms.
