Job Description
We are hiring a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover in the Portsmouth & surrounding areas, working term‑time only with no weekends. The role is mobile‑based, so you will need your own transport.
Role & Compensation
* £15.00 per hour
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
* Term‑time only – 38 weeks per year
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
* Ensure locations meet statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
* Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Support day‑to‑day running of the location and supervise teams, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans.
Qualifications & Expectations
