A snapshot of your role as a Secondary Learning Coach
You’ll work closely with small groups and individuals who need additional support, whether that's academic encouragement, help staying organised or a confidence boost with challenging tasks.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, listening and celebrating small wins.
What your days will include as a Secondary Learning Coach
1. Running short intervention sessions with targeted pupils
2. Helping students understand key concepts
3. Supporting pupils who struggle with motivation or confidence
4. Working with teachers to track progress
5. Building strong, positive relationships
About you
6. You enjoy helping others stay motivated
7. You’re patient, friendly and good at reading situations
8. You communicate clearly and encourage independence
9. You hold (or can apply for) an enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
