To accelerate this market entry, we are recruiting a new Head of Business Development which is a pivotal senior appointment tasked with shaping and executing a commercial strategy that will diversify revenue streams, build strategic partnerships, and establish the company as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech organisations.
The Opportunity
* Define and execute the entry strategy for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
* Build and convert a pipeline of high-value opportunities, from R&D collaborations to infrastructure partnerships.
* Shape compelling value propositions for pharma R&D, clinical trials, and manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For
* Senior-level experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences business development, commercial operations, or partnerships.
* Previous experience of executing a go-to-market strategy
* Success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long lead times.
* A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
