This role is opened within the project department of Region 2 (World excluding France, Belgium and Americas) of the Services organization in charge of the management of upgrade projects, including retrofit and supply of new alternator equipment, turbines, auxiliary and control systems. The Senior Project Manager drives the execution of a project or a portfolio of projects in order to guarantee the objectives in terms of safety, quality, timing and financial results. A project can be the execution of a customer contract, part of a contract, or an internal development of the company. Customers can be internal or external.**Role and Responsibilities:** As part of your missions, you will:* Drive a project or a portfolio of projects that will have a significant impact on the organization. Based on the strategy defined by you or the project director, you will develop and implement action plans dedicated to your scope.* Be fully aware of the content of the contract with the client, identify the rights and obligations of each party, ensure their strict enforcement, and anticipate actions to protect our interests in coordination with the relevant functions (e.g. contract management, engineering, etc.).* Apply the Arabelle Solutions processes as well as those of the project.* Lead the project team, in coordination with the functions and the project director, ensuring that all team members are aware of their respective roles and responsibilities, and that interfaces are clearly defined.* Contribute to continuous improvement, provide support, collaborate with other project team members, and share ideas.* Establish and monitor SQDC performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) for your scope of responsibility.* Identify resource and expertise needs, summarize them, and request support from the project manager if necessary.* Trigger and apply – with the support of the functions – the claim strategy defined by the project, maintaining full transparency with the project manager, the customer, and suppliers.* Participate in negotiations with major suppliers and with the customer when required.* Prepare project reviews for your scope of responsibilities.* Immediately identify any quality or planning deviations and involve the necessary functions to implement corrective and preventive actions.* Identify and anticipate risks related to delivery delays, quality, or costs, and implement the necessary actions to mitigate them.* Continue to contribute to continuous improvement, provide support, collaborate with other project team members, and share ideas.**Qualifications and Competencies:*** Master of Engineering School or equivalent experience* Extensive experience in management of complex, international, multidisciplinary projects, if possible in the field of energy production.* Fluent in English* Knowledge of the nuclear field* Solid oral and written communication skills* Strong relationship and leadership skills* Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems* Ability to work in a team* Autonomy, ability to work with very little supervision* Microsoft Office applications knowledge* SAP knowledge* Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
