This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities or Site Services professional with a background in manufacturing to step into a senior leadership role. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Site Services Engineers, prioritising and delegating maintenance activities across a large, complex site Ensure full compliance across the site through regular inspections (e.g. legionella monitoring) Drive efficiency improvements such as energy reduction, waste management, and process optimisation Oversee site-related projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all maintenance and compliance activities are accurately recorded Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance Ensure departmental systems, procedures, and policies are followed consistently Monitor technical systems to ensure food safety and quality compliance, providing documentation for due diligence Organise and manage all third-party contractors working on-site Site Services Areas Covered Refrigeration Gas systems HVAC systems Drainage and effluent systems Building and facilities Site infrastructure Boiler and steam systems Compressed air systems Candidate Requirements Time-served engineer, qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline IOSH qualified (desirable but not essential) Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing engineers and contractors Proactive, flexible, and reliable, with a hands-on approach to supporting operational needs Application Details Please send your CV via the 'Apply Now' option on our website.
