The Role
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to Project Managers, ensuring IT projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for the coordination and administration that keeps projects on track and teams connected.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the project team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Preparing project documents such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements
*
Coordinating travel and resources for technical staff
*
Updating project trackers and maintaining shared folders
*
Uploading reports and project updates into client portals
*
Communicating with customers and stakeholders to provide timely updates
About You

Previous experience in an IT-based role or technology environment
*
Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with IT systems

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Calm and professional under pressure
