SEN Teaching Assistant - Gloucestershire Location: Various schools across Gloucestershire

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
* Support with personal care and emotional regulation when needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
