Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Kinmel Bay and play a key part in helping people live healthier, happier lives in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, dressing and mobility.
* Manage medications safely and accurately.
* Prepare and cook hot meals and help with meal planning.
* Support domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and household organisation.
* Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support to clients.
* Participate in shift planning, which may include mornings, days, evenings and nights.
* Occasionally work weekends; you will usually have every other weekend off.
Qualifications
* No prior experience required.
* Right to work in the UK and subject to a DBS check.
* Preferably holds a driving licence and has access to a vehicle for visits across Rhyl, Kinmel Bay, Denbigh, Conwy, Prestatyn and surrounding areas.
* Commit to achieving a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification within the first 3 years of employment.
